Nazi Germany
Indiana(USA) in the 19th Century, including the compulsory sterilisation of the mentally ill and 'undesirables'
By 1917, fifteen US states had eugenics laws to sterilise epileptics, the mentally ill and regular criminals. On the agenda of the Third International Congress in 1932 was the 'problem' of African-Americans which, according to the delegates, revealed a need to sterilise to 'cut off bad stock'. At this meeting were several Nazis, including Dr Ernst Rudin, who had been enabled to attend by the Hamburg-Amerika Shipping Line, owned by the Harriman and Bush families. On returning to Germany, Rudin, who was funded by the Rockefellers, supervised the policy of sterilizing those who were retarded, deaf, blind or alcoholics.

In Germany they wanted what they called a pure race of people
In any country, rapid population growth places a strain on the available resources, but in a developing country like India, many resources are already scarce. A quickly regenerating population exacerbates shortages of food and water and ensures that the nation’s long-term growth will be hampered by a less healthy therefore less productive work force, a greater demand for natural resource consumption, and a higher level of environmental degradation resulting from such consumption.
China has a one child policy, good article in the below link. Girls receive less care and attention than boys in many Chinese homes, reducing the chance of survival of girls beyond their first birthday.
The primary target is to reduce the total birth rate to below the replacement rate, which, after many years of endeavor, has been achieved in China. The second target should be zero population growth, which will take some time in China.
In the process of attaining zero growth, first, in 100 years, to strive to reduce the population to 800 million or lower, and no higher than 1 billion; second, to further reduce the population to around 300 million within two hundred years, at most 500 million. Only with a population of 300-500 million, can the quality of life and living environment be set at an ideal level, he said.
To achieve the first century’s target, the total birth rate must be further and rapidly reduced, and maintained at a rate of 0.16 percent. If from now on, every couple were to give birth to one child, the total birth rate would quickly drop below 0.16% and keep falling. In 34 years, the rate would be 0.1%. At this rate, 100 years from now, the population would be reduced to 400 million.
Because of the cultural and economic incentives for male children, female children are more likely to be aborted and become victims of infanticide. In 1995, there were 1,166 boys born for every girl (Scharping 290). In 1994, there were 1,211; in 1993, there were 1,213. These numbers add up over time, leading to a population of many unmarried men.
China, implemented with the help and support of UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund) coercive population control measures aimed at limiting the number of children in urban areas to no more than one per a woman's fertile years (two children in rural areas).
Even India is rapidly approaching the point reached by all developed countries already, where the total fertility rate drops below the level of slightly more than two children per family that guarantees stable population levels. India's TFR has approached 2.8 and is falling rapidly, with the trend being that within just a few years it will be below the TFR required to maintain its population.
They seem to have the best strategy in place right now, but of course most of us don't agree with it although if individuals don't control themselves and the number of children they have then there will be over population.

India under the Government policies earlier had a big campaign of sterilization, however, the present government has no such policy and population has grown in leaps and bounds because of communism the Chinese government has been more successful, but it my opinion some of their policies seem harsh to me. Education of the female population in my opinion is the best way to curb population growth. I don't know if this has helped you or not if you want morw specific information about India please post another question and I will try to help you.

I dont know of nay other country to have population problems.
China: they implemented a two child rule. (Remember they are a communist country. ) The reason they had to do something was because of land mass. They are out of land. There is no place to go. Also, they work hard to keep people from leaving the country.

Homework is a soreness contained in the ***, even with the undeniable fact that that's worth it and the end results of no longer doing it are low grades, low self esteem, hating college, indignant mom and dad, and awkwardness around instructors. the superb element to do is do only the homework. do no longer attempt to think of, "I shouldn't..." or doubt your self - do only it! you will possibly desire to be clever approximately it, do the homework that's maximum severe first, pass away the little issues for final, take generic breaks, no ingesting mutually as working as that's distracting, NO television till you're thoroughly executed.
