In Internet Exploder, Make sure this is enabled below:

Tool>> internet options>> General Tab, Settings, Check for new for new version of stored pages> set to automatic


Tool>> internet options>> General Tab, Delete the temporary internet files


In Firefox
Tools>>clear private data or control/shift/delete
