It requires a + screwdriver to unscrew the nuts, after disconnecting the power. But problem may start when dismounting the devices inside the cabinate. Please take utmost care not to touch any chip in any part of the motherboard, processor & hard disk because the static charge might damage ur peripherals.
WARNING>>>>> removing the processor needs special care & needs professional hand.

It depends on the model, but usually one side comes off. The left side, I'd guess (when you face the front). Look on the back for any screws or latches on that side. Mine needs to have two spring latches held open while the back is pulled out, and it fits tightly because of spring seals meant to block electromagnetic radiation. On some, the entire case comes off lifting it back and up. I have a way old one that uses that design.

Most computer towers open from the side but have different means of holding the sides on. Look closely at the sides and back for screws, etc.
Remove power before opening the tower.

Hi the cover on most cases are fastened with four screws at the rear of the case two either side. top and bottom.
First of all switch off your computer remove the screws at the rear of the case and then remove the covers. On some cases the whole cover is removed ( top and sides) on others you can remove the sides seperately. before you touch anything inside the case ground yourself by touching the case itself otherwise you can cause damage to the parts

Totally depends on type of case and which version of that case....some have screws...some have release latches......some have thumbscrews.....some are locked....some cases open like a suitcase....some the whole cover comes off...some only one side slides off.....some open from the front....some from the back.
Check your manufacturers site to see what the manual says.

First of all, are you talking about undo the assembling / turn on. Well, to :-
TURN ON :
a) On the power supply. There's this button on front of your casing.
b) Let it load, if needed, key in your password to log on to OS
UNDO ASSEMBLING :
a) It will require some skill to properly undo the assembling, to avoid damage to hardwares later. I suggest you seek help from some professionals.
