Is anyone really as excited as the media seem to think we all are? Its only cricket. Hardly gets your heart racing like the day before the World Cup kicks off. As usual England will be hyped up, people who have no interest in cricket will get swept away in the euphoria (i.e. Wimbledon-like) and it will all be forgotten about within weeks of it finishing. Then we can get back to the footy.

have you ever analysed cricket ? one man throws a ball at three bits of wood while another tries to hit the ball as far as he can, once this is done you can run up and down between three more bits of wood, while ten more men scurry around trying to return the ball to the start. exciting stuff or what, oh and by the way the whole process takes five days.
