get a pregnancy test, if you are pregnant, you can still ovulate (bleed/have a period/produce an egg) from the other ovary in your body!

It could be that you are really pregnant and you are having your periods, it happens to some women most of all with ectopic pregnancies, the ones that happen outside the womb (they are very dangerous, by the way), or it can be you are so stressed with the idea of being pregnant that you are having a psychological pregnancy, it is when you are not but because of the stress your mind makes your body change as if you were, it happens and it is more common than people thinks.

If your periods are coming regularly (ie. every 28 days +/- a few days), then you are unlikely to be pregnant. If your 'period' comes in no sensible order, and you find your belly getting bigger by the months, then you may be pregnant and bleeding through your vagina. Medically, this is classified as THREATENED ABORTION. You should see your gynaecologist IMMEDIATELY if this is the case.

If you are not pregnant (use a commercially available pregnancy test kit to determine so), there could be other causes for your bloatedness. Commonest cause would be chronic constipation. How often do you move your bowels? You can see your doctor for simple laxatives or fleets to assist in your bowel output if this is the case.

It is generally not normal for one's belly to be getting bigger noticeably by the day. If you suspect yourself being pregnant, I assume that this has been ongoing for a few months. Bloatedness may be caused by accumulation of air or fluid in the abdomen. Air is usually caused by perforation of the bowel which is unlikely to be your case as this is acute. Accumulation of fluid in the abdomen may be the result of a few factors. 1. malnutrition (low protein). 2. Heart failure. 3. Liver failure. 4. Renal (kidney) failure. As you can see, these may be quite sinister. I suggest you see your doctor to have a thorough medical examination and appropriate investigations asap.

It's possible that you could be. The best thing to do is take a pregnancy test to really find out. A family member of mine had her period thoughout her pregnancy and didn't know until late in the pregnancy. And the other day I saw on the news where a lady thought she was having period cramps, went to the hospital and found out it was contractions - she had the baby early (she didn't know she was pregnant). She went in to get meds and came out with a baby. It's very possible.

hi there when my mother fell pregnant with me she was unaware until she was 5 months she was having normal periods the only reason she found out was because she was rushed to the doctors with bad stomach pains due to her strict dieting and exercise rutine the doc told her she was pregnant and was to go home and eat a good meal lol took my mum a while to get over the shock but just shows you that you could be preg it is very common now days to still have periods i suggest a pregnancy test that will let you know you got nothing to lose good luck chick xxxx

You need to do a pregnancy test! Not all bleeding indicates a full menstrual period, but if you are bellding while you are pregnant you need to get this checked out. Bloating is also caused by PMS, food alergies....

make an appointment to have a blood test at the doctors, my friend had periods for 7 months before she knew she was pregnant so it could be possible.
