I want to do a full body workout without using weights any one know any good exercises?

You can do the treadmill to get a good sweat on. Then you can go into calisthenics involving push-ups, sit-ups, stretches, and crunches.

go 2 americanparkour .com and look at all thier excercises... theres alot.. sum of em can even do hand stand push ups... have no clue how tho
oh and dogentricks.com has sum stuff 4 ankles
i go mostly weightless... i use em 4 the arms tho cas im 2 lazy 4 push ups..... the electric chair is always good

Running, push ups, sit ups, crunches, squats , skiing, polymetrics, and many other things. be creative and change your routine so that you can have fun and be healthy. salaam alaikum.
