My gf went on a girls night out to a singles night and i have no reason not to trust her, but when she came home she was wasted and her friends who also have bfs were talkin about how they had pulled. There was no mention of her but i dont know if they are just keeping quiet. She has also been quite distant lately like she has alot on her mind.

You sound a bit insecure, if she's got alot on her mind ask her about it. If you're confident in your relationship then the thought would not even cross your mind. Don't make the mistake of judging your girlfriend by her friends standards. If she going to cheat she will cheat worrying about it isn't going to make any difference. Either be open and honest about your feelings to her or give up on a relationship that is clearly doomed.

Don't ask her. If she cheated and you ask then she will lie to you about it and tell her friends to also lie for her. If you don't let her know you suspect her, someone will slip and you will hear about it... Have patience and you will know the truth. Then, if she did not cheat, you will not have to apologize for a false accusation you should not have made. People sometimes do what they have been accused of because the accusation hurts so much. It is not right of them, but it sometimes happens and then everyone gets hurt for no good reason.

To put it simply - however you ask her, she will take it the wrong way.
Best way is to ask around the subject. Ask her what's wrong as she is being distant and if she has anything on her mind that she would like to talk about. This may give her the chance to get it off her chest.

She's a woman, she will get stressed however u put it. Even if its I really Love u have u cheated on me? i love u. lol. are u sure ur minds just not playin tricks on u? u think shes bein distant cuz u think shes got sumthin2hide. just ask, then prepare to do sum grovellin if shes bin gd!! just dnt b2 harsh, say ur feelin insecure...

Straight forward question. Did you cheat on me? You should be able to get an answer out of her by her reaction.
I've always be told that if a person defends them self to a point that its over board, they are guilty. But if a person doesn't that they are innocent. I know it sounds silly, but hey every one has to have something to believe in.

Flimsy evidence to even ask. If she seems troubled and distant try talking to her and seeing what's the matter. Don't jump to conclusions without a LOT more information.

well i think it is time for honesty time. just ask her if she's alright, ask her if there is a problem you can help with. also ask if she felt restless,or became interested in someone else would she tell you. you also tell her if she ever did fall for someone else,you would like to know that your friendship and love was strong enough for her to confide in you. but if she ever tells you she is not happy in the situation,let her go with love,because if you truely love someone you want them to be happy and who knows,she could go and find the grass on the other side, was not as good as where she was with you. a saying i believe in: if you love someone and you set them free,if they truely love you they will be back if it is truely meant to be.

no matter how you ask its going to sound the some and the result is the same. if you have to ask your accusing her full stop.just come out with it. you don't seem to trust her and why is the question you should ask.

most girls get chatted up when they go out. and most girl do nothing about it. so trust her my boyfriend know men chat me up when i go out but he also know i love him and would not go with any body else you should trust her do you have a reason not to?
