How long should I cook a two-pound turkey breast for?

Yes, I know it's small, but it's just for my husband and myself this year.
And yes, I know this is pretty last minute. Any help would be wonderful.
I estimate about an hour and a half to two hours. Am I close?
I'm planning to cook it with celery, onions, butter, and chicken broth, and then sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and garlic.

internal temp then it is done
maybe add a bit of cajun seasoning
