Go for a brisk stroll. Eat seeds or hummus or a banana to give you a slow release of energy! Or instead of being sat here, is there no way you can go and have a nap? Unless you're doing this from work in which case you've got a cool employer! Unless you're self-employed which would make sense!!

Power through the day in the way you are. And GET TO BED EARLY tonight, sorry for the caps but have to do the parent shouting thing somehow. Get to sleep early and remember and hour before midnight is woth 2, well thats what my mum always used to say. happy zeds

Sounds stupid but a 10 -30 min. nap and no longer will boost energy levels. If you sleep any longer than that you will be worse off then you are now.

Okay a short term solution would be to get some pro plus from the chemist. These will wake you up.
But get some sleep, because you dont want to get dependant on these.

sometimes when you feel that tiered a 5-10 nap is as good as having 2 hours, get some fresh air drink herbal tea and busy yourself with housework

try running upstairs or something after the coffee, it works for me, seems to get the caffene moving.
