My mother has an electric oil-filled radiator attached to the wall in her downstairs loo. I want to repaint this, but all radiator paints I have found seem to specify that they can only be used with water-filled radiators. Is there any paint available which is suitable for painting an oil-filled radiator?

Any radiator paint should be ok to be honest. It's heat resistant and it's not like the contents of the radiator (be it water or oil) are going to be in direct contact with the paint. It's sometimes a good idea to use a very light piece of sandpaper to give it a "key" for the paint to stick to properly.

If you're still in doubt, it's probably best to contact the manufacturer of the radiator.

Good Luck! x
