Best is khichdi or noodols
Khichdi----take a big bowl so that the water content will not over flow .Mix rice,dal.vegetables,chilles--put in it salt,turmeric,small amount of oil and put in the microwave.After the khichdi is made then fry panpad and have hot hot.
Noodols---the same process.But the time is here is less in comparison to khichdi.It may take 20 mints.And u put noodols instead of rice.Only difference.
Both are having protein,carbohydrate and protein.So almost a balanced diet.

Yeah of course next time you go sopping get some frozen pizza and put it in the micro and you have a good dish in 10 mins. HALF THE TIME
