I have battled anorexia for 12 years and it owns your life. You do not get a moments rest from it. The weight issues always consume your every thought. You become seclusive and spend less and less time around people or doing things you used to love. All your time becomes devoted to excessive exercise and starving. You lose all self esteem and a diet you once thought you controled completely control you. You lose friends and you lose the ability to enjoy life. You watch your love ones suffer as you dwindle away and you hurt.
Anorexia owns you and your life, it dictates how you live and what you do. You feel sad a lot and alone. You feel worthless and FAT. Yes you always see yourself fat and you are never good enough. The body image is always drastically distorted.
Problems you encounter are loss of friends, cause great hurt to those you love and family. Loss of quality of life, inability to eat and enjoy it. Major health problems especially with the heart and brain. Depression is a huge side effect. Growth of a fine hair covering your body (body's response to keep you warm) loss of bone mass, and it goes on. I have also battled bulimia which started because of the anorexia. It is confusing because by this point I do not want to die but I know it is a strong possibilty if I fall too far. I would not wish it on my worst enemy.

Well lets see, your sickly, food makes you sick to the point you cant even think about it, eventually your hair starts to fall out and your organs fail. If you have this disease I urge you to seek help from Professionals and not on yahoo answers....
