what would you do if there is a boy who likes the girl whom you love?
and i am not exaggerating, the boy is a lacklustre, irresponsible guy and belong to the bad group.
what would you do given that you previously told this girl your feeling thru email and she said she just wanted to be friends? what would you do to protect her from that boy?

You haven't said if she likes him back! But if she does, you can't really protect her from him, without sounding like a jealous loser.
The only thing you could maybe do is to go to this girl and tell her that you know you probably sound like a poor loser, but as her friend, you just want her to know that you are worried about the friendship between her and this guy. Tell her about the rep this guy has, giving her details and proof if possible. She will either believe you or not. But remember, if she doesn't listen to you and has a thing with this guy, she will remember when she bangs her head that you warned her, and she will listen better next time. And if she doesn't bang her head (maybe this guy treats her right) she will still know in her heart that you were just trying to protect her, and think you are sweet because of it. Good luck!

You cannot do anything. She has to come to you after getting burned by the bad guy, if indeed he is a bad guy. Stay out of it and be there when her world collapses

talk to her about that other boy. just say from one friend to another, i really don't think you should fall for a guy like him, say like she`s a lot better than him and he don't deserve her. good luck ! =]

Nothing. Kick her to the curb. "Let's just be friends" is female code for "P1ss off" or "Let me use you".
If she's stupid enough to hang out with droopy drawers, she'll get what she deserves.
You'll eventually learn this sort of "love" goes by another name: Pain.

be honest with her. if she wont listen to you, just be there for her and not leave her side
