At a medical supply store. There are medical supply stores which only carry supplies for disabled people. They will have something. Lamb's wool coverings are comfortable to sit or to lie on for extended periods of time.

You should find a chiropractor. They can make sure it's not broken and if it's not, then getting adjusted will usually make it better.
