how do i polity say no to these people dressed in suits tryin to look smart, comeing into the office n tryin the dumbest ways of selling crap that so useless! i dnt want to be rude cus they jus want to make a living?

Easy solution to a simple problem. Step one, post a sign on your office door that reads "BEWARE OF SALESMAN EATING MONSTER". Step Two, either go to Barnum and Bailey's Circus and rent a tiger, or if you live near a wilderness area, you could catch your own. If you can get ahold of a real monster, such as a loch ness type, or even a genuine dinosaur, even better, but these kinds of animals usually are too big to be practical, unless you work on a constuction site or open pit mine. Step three, tether the tiger out of sight, such as under the desk or behind some file cabinets. When the salesmen come, say "I'd love to buy some, but I need to take my tiger for a walk right now" and release the tiger. Step four. Since you will never have the problem again, you can return the tiger to Barnum and Bailey.

I was once a door-to-door salesman (and I am so ashamed!) the politest way is just to say "I've got that already", we have answers already written out for everything else, saying 'not interested' or 'I'm busy' doesn't help because you'll get pitched anyway.
I only worked for them for three weeks by the way, I was desperate and I am so so sorry!

How they dress is neither here nor there - they're still tinkers, and should never have been allowed into your office - or even the building. Where's your security? Next time it could be a bomber dressed nicely. Then what would you do.........

You could say you cannot make the decision and the person who would make it isn't there but you know they wouldn't be interested. Be polite but firm!

Just say a polite "no thanks". they cant force you to buy something. Then if they persist, then you can be rude.
