Hi Shanthini,
Firtsly you need to know that disturbance is the lack of peace, and peace is only attainable from the source of Love & peace, God Himself.
Thus you have to ask Him for it, as He will never granted to you without asking because He would otherwise be taking away your free will, and you are free spirit that is open to do all that you want. So if you want it, ask it of Him.
Secondly, on your journey in attaining this, you need to do some simple soul-searching and deap self-honesty...ask yourself the question "What is it that makes you lose your peace? is it a particular habit? is it something you did and your conscience is aching you? Or is it merely that you generally have no peace because you are seeking God, your creator & Father in Heaven?"
Once you have answered that question, By God;'s Grace, you can then seek corrective measures and He will help you through it.
I know it is a very vague answer, but you need to be specific...e-mail if you must and I will try to assist...but more importantly, ask the King of all Peace to grant you His peace, confirm you in it, and grant you all joy and comfort that He offers from His eternal love for you.
