There is no way to know for sure. If this issue had not been brought up by religion-fiction, no one would even think of such a thing.
If Jesus and Mary Magdalene had been husband and wife or lived as a couple, if the Holy Grail was a cup, will not change what Christianity has accomplished (for better or for worse) in over 20 centuries.
It does add a new perspective to Catholicism, though. Furthermore, If it were true, the Vatican should consider letting its priests abandon celibacy.

recover from it. The Davinci Code is a artwork of fiction written to make money for the author. what's misguided with the 'spouse' of Jesus being the Holy Grail? answer: because of the fact it is no longer. in case you have self belief because of the fact the Gospel of St. John tells us, that Jesus and God are the comparable, then by Jesus having married and having toddlers, we'd have a bunch of demigods working around even immediately. i do no longer think in demigods, basically in one actual God revealed in 3 Divine persons. era. H Wow! 2 thumbs down! sturdy. somebody is analyzing my solutions! H

That's an interesting thought. For me the Holy Grail is to arrive at a place in my life where the wonderful Woman I'm with and I can just live out our days together without any concerns regarding outside influences to our life. I think we'll seek to live in a small Canadian community by one of the many lakes or rivers, perhaps even one of the Oceans. That's it for me, to live in a funky old farm house by the Sea with my Sweetie; write my books and raise Basset Hounds. Nice, thanks for asking Mustafa; You are one cool Cat!

Quite possibly.
For me the importance of the Grail is in the search for it, rather than what it might actually be.

No. In Christian theology, the wife of Jesus is the church, the bride of Christ. The wedding ceremony between the church (the bride as it is referred to in scripture) and "the lamb" (Jesus) is described in the Book of Revelation.
The Holy Grail is effectively every chalice lifted to the words "This is the cup of my blood, the blood of the new and everlasting covenant. It will be shed for you and for all so that sins may be forgiven. Do this in memory of me." For Christ is as present in that chalice as he was to the very first chalice, every time those words of consecration are uttered. They are all holy grails.

I don't think it is his wife. It is obviously a cup that Indiana Jones dropped down a huge hole, a cup that Jesus made himself that he drank from
