This name doesn't sound Turkish. Are you sure you spelt it right?

It looks like it is a foreign name that has been Turkified because of the "o'gly". In Turkish, that suffix is spelled -oÄlu. I don't know what the first part of the name is supposed to be, but try searching for variations of it using oÄlu at the end instead of o'gly.

the name written is phonetically representing it?
