I am taking iron tablets but thats not helping me. My gp suspects that i may have alpha thalassemia minor. Anyone to help me with that.

ok firstly uve got to eat a lot of green vegetables n fruits. also drink healthy fruit drinks like real juice( trust me it helped my brpther when his haemoglobin exceeded the limit). also drink home emade lemon juice too

Liver and green vegetables are excellent to raise your hemoglobin you should try to get it up to 14 Check it out at a big hospital near you where are you? A GP will not know what thalassemia minor is I do not think you will have it

ok preity lady do not worry about this , you can increase your blood within diet by eating beetroot , carrot ,and if you are non-vegetirian then you can eat liver , these three things can help you in increasing your blood amount in your body ,

have alfaalfa homeopathic tonic.also,eat lots of fruits and salads.drink milk.eat chicken and fish.have iron supplements viz.raricap,seacod,revital etc.visit good homeopath.dr.batras is good.drink lot of water.for detailed study visit specialist.fruit juices too are good.
