I want to install something that limits internet access on my kids pc's to certain times ie access starts at a certain time and stops after a certain time - can anyone recommend a good application for me to use?

go to download.com and do a search for parental controls
check with your isp and see if they have a parental control program built-in to their services (like the one at&t provides http://onlineprotection.yahoo.com/sbc/kids.php)
