Ford don't appear to report actual production figures.
However, they do report sales figures, and we can safely assume that there is minimal difference between the two (i.e. that the global stock of unsold Ford cars on 1st Jan 2005 was about the same size as that on 1st Jan 2006).

3rd line below the brand logos.
Note that these are Global figures, and are by Brand. To confuse the issue, Ford build some Mazdas (the European Mazda2 is built in the same Ford plant in Spain as the Fiesta and Fusion), some are built by joint-ventures (such as the Mazda-Ford pick-up plant in Thailand), and the old Galaxy was built in Portugal by Volkswagen (the plant was originally a joint venture, but Ford sold its share to VW).
Also, the Ford brand totals will include light commercials (e.g. F-series pick-ups in North America, Transit vans in Europe).
