LOL!
they don't come in shapes! A burp is invisible .
but ,they do vary, in volume;<<<<<<
from little 'biddy ' discreet burps
to rip roaring ( bring the house down) burps .
Always a welcome sound, before that baby is put to bed !!!
The greater the volume ,
the better chance of a good nights sleep, all round .
To illustrate a burp ,
i would draw .
an elongated balloon shape ,
a small child, may accept that .

I'd say that they are more cone shaped, like it's spreading out from a mouth, but cloud-like to.
