the definition of a paranoid delusion is that the person feels some one or something is either watching, or controlling him or her, and is about to do some form of harm to them, and there is no truth to this. common delusions are, 'they are poisoning me, the CIA is after me, the devil is after me' people are watching and making fun of me etc
