i am suffering from headache but doctor ask don't wear glass how can i come out fromt that?

need more details..ur headache might be due to some other problem...u should consult not an eye doctor but an mbbs doctor first then he'll guide you..do as he says, if u doubt then consult some other doctor..

if you get consistent headache massage your head with liniment oil viz.tiger balm.don't watch t.v. or listen to loud music.also,avoid too much glare from computer and wear cap while travelling,playing etc.wear sunglasses to avoid heat and sun glare.apply ice pack on head for relaxation.have two tablets disprin dissolved in water as prescription.crocin,combiflam too are o.k. and mild viz.paracetamol,ibuprofen or even diclofenac sodium.if pain is severe consult neurologist who may suggest tests viz.e.e.g.,c.t.scan,m.r.i.etc.prayer,meditation,sleep too help.rest for sometime during severe headache.best of luck.
