Why do you give thanks at all on Thanksgiving?
All that happened was Indian Genocide after they saved the Pilgrims Butts from starving?
Shame on your silly hypocritical Holiday. Bush should let One Soldier NOTgo to Iraq. He spared a turkey from the slaughter didnt he? Why not a Human?
Give me a break, America does not need a reason to get fatter than they already are!
Gotta love the food though. That you should eat every day!!!:)

I dont know who Bog or Dieu are...but i totally agree with your motive in the question. I think very often we all loose sight of our blessings in life because we, most of us, are consumed by the negatives and we dont realise how good we have it. I mean, we're alive; theres nothing anyone could be more thankful for than that. But day by day our morals get stripped away. We become accustomed to horrible things happening. Seeing a dead body on the news might have been dreadful at one time; but most of us have seen it so many times its not even shocking or horrible to see anymore. So we let the evil in the world, or stress from life around us, bring us down..while doing so we loose sight of whats important. being thankful.
okay wow i rambled on. most of it was worthless answering, but you definatly got me thinking.
LETS ALL BE THANKFUL FOR EVERYTHING WE HAVE!!! :]

I like to say "Thank you". Yeah, we should do it everyday because not only can it make the other person's day, it also gives good impression for ourselves.

i give thanks every day and talk to god on my own time...i use thanksgiving as a reminder that sometimes i should do it more..the thing that frustrates people is the answer is not always what we think we want or understand.

Actually, it's not to give thanks once a year. it's to remember and give thanks to the Native Americans who taught the Pilgrims how to live and survive in their new homeland. sad how they eventually killed over 90% of the Native Americans with guns, drink and disease.

We actually should give thanks in everything for everything, daily. Read that Bible that you believe every word of.
