Hi friend,
wakeup in the early morning & drink atleast 1 litre of water & go to exersise.
After exersise drink 1 cup of hot coffee.
let the motion feeling will come or not just you go & sit try your self.
Note : Before go to bed eat 1 banana. It will definetely help you.

Early in the morning drink at least one litre of water before anything else. If u can increase the intake to 1 and half ltr too. and then wait for the call.

Hi there !
come on...grow up...
Follow these guidelines....
1. No late dinner..Have your dinner latest by 8am..No solid foods after 8pm.
2. For three-four days, set up the alarm at 5 am.. and thee days, immediately after getting up at 5 am, have 2-3 glasses of "lukewarm water"....!
3. Then go for some brisk walking for 45 minutes...
4. After coming back from the walk , have your favourite drink of coffee or tea...!
Follow these for 3-5 days or maybe one week...result is assured...
The most important thing is NOT TO HAVE ANYTHING SOLID AFTER 8 PM....! when you feel hungry after 8pm, have some drinks like horlicks, or juices..okay ..?

Buddy, please get up early in the morning and have two glass of water daily and go for ealry walking atleast for 30-45 minutes and see the difference. Otherwise you can try other alternatives like : "Kayamchurna(effective ayurvedic medicine)". Drink loads and loads of water. Please include curd in your daily diet, atleast one cup daily. Papaya is the best fruit for digestion.
