My body is really weird: My chest, neck, wrists, hands, ankles, and feet are very thin and bony...but my thighs, butt, and stomach is really fat.

I don't get it, for most people you're either fat, skinny, or average, but I'm everything. What's wrong with with me?

I would like to lose some weight on my thighs, butt, and stomach area...but at the same time I do not want to work out because of my other body parts that is extremely thin and frail.

Help me.

I have a similar problem - I'm starting to get a bigger bum and tummy. There is nothing wrong with you! It's called ageing (yes even this young - I'm 23).

The thing is, you can't spot reduce - ie. just work on one area. To lose any fat you need to eat healthy and exercise regularly. So I'd suggest sticking to healthy fruit and veg, limit fat/carbs/sugars but still have enough carbs to keep you fueled to exercise.

The parts you mentioned aren't going to get any thinner by exercising - they're bony areas in general anyway. If you do some weight bearing exercises it will strengthen your bone and maybe add some muscle which will help with the bony look. SO..it's a win-win situation. Just eat well, exercise about 45 mins a day and you'll be fine! Stress less too..that isn't helping :P

Work out is the best solution and eat when your hungry. don;t change your diet, just do cardio, then get specific exercises for the body parts where you want to lose weight, it will "equilibrate" your body fat and make you more "proportional". You body stores you fat in certain locations, or you might also be retaining to much water. So do some cardio, eat when you're hungry, exercises specific to the body parts you want "toned", keep yourself hydrated, chew sugar free gum it will make your metabolism run faster.

You're skinny and FLABBY. Instead of dieting, you need to exercise more. Excercise will convert the flab (which takes up a lot of room) to muscle (which takes up less room). So even if you don't lose weight, or even gain a few pounds, you'll LOOK smaller and more toned and healthy.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Lifting weights and walking will strengthen your frail bones. And calcium.

Just make sure to balance workouts with stretching and never overdo it. Slow and steady wins the race.

well it really depends on where you are skinny and where you need to lose weight. you might need certain workouts on some parts then others on your body.and drink alot of water and eat healthy. your results should be good.
