If you are still eating probably, you could be losing weight due to a high metabolism. The best thing to do, if you are concerned, is to speak to your doctor

My doctor told em that everyone gravitates to their body's most logical weight when they start uni.
However, I saw some of my pals balloon, and I dropped nearly a stone. You need to make sure you're eating the right sort of things - check with a nutritionist, but I'd suggest plenty of protein for energy and retaining body mass, and lots of fruit for vitamins, especially if you're getting ill a lot.
As for the colds thing - everyone goes through a lot of germs in the first couple of years at uni, because you're stuck in a closed environment with lots of other people; it's cold and damp outside; and Fresher's 'Flu is pretty much a rite of passage!
If you're eating what feels right for you, and making sure you've got the major food groups, then I wouldn't worry too much. I would suggest seeing a doctor or nutritionist though if you're still concerned. You might just have a fast metabolism (and you burn more food if you're thin, just trying to stay warm!), or you might have a hyperactive thyroid, which has the same effect - a simple blood test will tell you if you have that and the treatment's no biggie.

a million. workout thrice each and every week. (walk around your city or city for no less than an hour, or weight carry, play activities, run up and down the stairs, or run.) 2. consume healthful meals consisting of celery, apples, source of fiber, greens, and fruit and quite some water to maintain you healty and de-hydrated. 3. verify your weight a week to ensure how plenty weight your dropping! :) Being anorexic or being Bullemic is only incorrect, believe you do no longer wanna struggle via that.

go to your doctor and get a blood test to see if you have a problem with your thyroid. I think it's an overactive (could be underactive - sorry can't remember) thyroid gland that can cause you to lose weight.
