I personally dont think so I started dating my fiance at the age of 16 and he was 22. But it really depends are how mature you are.
You must remeber he is 7 yrs older than you. So he has experienced alot more than you have. You must ask your self if you think he is willing to let you take your time in certain aspects of your relationship. And that he understands your needs and wants at your age.
Well good luck for the future

That's nothing. My dear Mom and Dad were very close and there was I think 12 years between them.
I had the same problem when I was younger I had the opportunity to go out with a girl who was 10 yrs younger than me....I did not date her.
Now I am 38 going on 39 and she is 28-and she looks stunning. Every time I ask her out she refuses.
Forget the age if you both get on then that is not a problem

Well that depends do you feel there is a huge gap between you two? If there are doubts in your heart then rather break it off. Its not such a huge gap but then on the other hand you are under age and he is not so now might not be a good time to be together. But later in life you will realise that a 7 year gap is not that big.

if you have a problem with it, then you should end it, if you don't, then why the fuss? obviously you do, you know the answer to your own question, so i'm guessing you just wanted some reasurrance.. I'd suggest telling him over phone to avoid an awkward situation but if u have the balls and dont' think he'll react violently or something then have at it. Your still young, there's plenty of other stupid people to meet.

Age dosnt really matter
What matters is your maturity level in comparison to his
If you guys see eye to eye on everything and you feel the same way about sex and marrige and life in general then go for it
But if he is constantly teaching you things that you still need to get used to then dont do it........just dont
You will end up changing yourself just for a guy

Don't think about the age. You've told that he is a great guy and really caring about you. So why do you think about the age. go date with him.
The Great Example is Me. My age is 21 and My Girlfriend's age is 25. But that wasn't matter for us.

age should have nothing to do with it. If you feel as though you are an equal to him than i see no problem why it wouldn't work out. However, if u feel young around him like in an uncomfortable way than you should find a younger guy.

well if your having second thoughts about it then do what you feel is right. if your worried about what people say you shouldn't be its your choice. I'm 20 and with a 41 year old man.and very happy and have been with him since may. and have been lucky as my family have excepted it. i hope things work out.

Don't make age an issue if your happiness is involved. If he makes you happy then to hell with rules and society, you only live once so make the best of it. Don't let him go just coz you worry over petty things.
