Not a good idea what-so-ever. If it doesn't kill you, you'll pay for it health wish. Also, your body will go into serious starvation mode and when you stop the diet you'll gain twice as much back.

Regulated - gradual diet and exercise...never starvation!!!

So you have to ask yourself is this question really just a quick fix and if it doesnt work then you will just go back to your old ways. The fact is that someone somewhere for sure would have lost 30lbs in 30 days, however, leading up to the start of the 30 days they would have eaten more than usual and drank a heap of water and not gone to the toilet. Then after they weighed themselves on the first day they more than likely would have lost about 6lbs in the first 2 days just by going to the toilet. Yes you can lose the weight, the only problem is that more than likely you will lose muscle if you eat mainly carrots and celery because you need protien to sustain muscle, which means that in the 30 days if you lose the weight you will lose muscle, liquid and maybe a bit of fat. So if that is the case the sad thing is that even though you are lighter short term your total body fat % will actually increase, funny ha. Hope that made sense, good luck with the wrestling team mate :0)

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
