ehke is tell and ly for me
it is used in lebanon, syria and palestine mostly, u will also hear it in egypt and jordan
the gulf countries understand it but they have a different accent or slang when saying it so if they don't use this they might say kolly or ech tegoul or goully

well, this is hard to say cause there are several words similar and since you are not using the proper spelling in arabic font, it could mean
my food, or go ahead and eat, unless you mean ehkey would mean my brother.. (this is in saudi accent), but very hard to tell, since you are just using what you think is the sound of the arabic font.. sorry

yeah.. ehh kelly might mean "tell me" in saudi, lebanese , egyptian, ... egyptians say eh keeely (with an extended ee sound)
