Nope. Beyonce & Oprah still look fine.
Try a prescription of Tri-Luma or Lustra to lighten/fade marks.

If you use cheap s*** of course it's dangerous, if you use an FDA approved product, then no it isn't, there are many ways to bleach skin, just make sure the ingredients in whatever product you use are safe and legal. I've bleaching my skin too for tattoo purposes (makes colors brighter) i use a cream made by a very known cosmetic company, but i don't remember the name. To make sure what you use is safe, do to a dermatologist. And all those "celebrities" who use skin bleaching products, well remember they're filthy rich and can afford it. There are laser treatments (very expensive), creams, pills, facial washes, soaps, masks... Just go consult a professional.

I wouldnt bleach your skin! There are products you can buy from the Skin Doctors range that have Bearberry and Licorice in them which prohibit the production of melanin. Just be sure to use a really high SPF when doing anything like that, if you dont - then its dangerous.

Let me answer you by asking you a Question,
Would you put Acid on your skin
The reason I ask is because Bleach has the same effect as acid, but at a slower rate

The fact that such preparations are illegal to sell in the UK should tell you something. Be proud of your colour.
