We are Americans and when we lived in Surrey, there were two different shops nearby which stocked American brands of food. This was a long time ago, but my point is, if you find an American community or somewhere a lot of Americans live, you may also find a similar shop. Why on earth would you want to buy substandard cake filled with synthetic cream? Try a real cake with real cream from one of the many wonderful patisseries.
It reminds me of that episode in Fawlty Towers where the chef produces his home made mayonnaise and the diner turns his nose up and says "I want Salad Cream".

The shop itself is in Sloane Square in Chelsea, London if you are near.
They sell a lot of American foods but not Twinkies, I think even Partridges refused to import them. You can buy Oreos and cans of pumpkin and all sorts of spreads and drinks online there though.

Strangely you can buy them on Ebay of all places, they are quite reasonable too.
