It is a state of having no thoughts.
Thoughts can be evil or holy. If your thoughts are evil you cannot access the state of no mind.
To make your thoughts holy, you need to be aware of your sins, accept them, repent, and then your thoughts will become holy.
It is only when thoughts are holy, you can reach the state of no-mind, and that will lead to GOD from whom true Love, Joy, Peace, and Harmony comes forth which makes life FULFILLING.
That is the essence of Christianity!
