Australia. Women are starting to catch up with men in the equal pay system

It is difficult to define "full freedom" for women without taking into account the cultural traditions and political realities.

In most of the Western countries, women enjoy far greater freedom. Yet, more Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and the Philippines have elected women prime ministers and presidents than in the European countries.

England and Germany stand out as a good examples of two European countries to do so.

If Hillary Clinton becomes the first US president that will set an example for other European countries to follow.

In the Middle East, Israel's Golda Meir deserved the title of Iron Lady more than Margaret Thatcher did. But Israel is in a class of its own. You can't compare it to any Arab country, which observe their traditions more strictly than others.

As far as equal employment opportunities for women are concerned, most of the non European countries have a long way to go. Educated women enjoy more social equality than the rural uneducated women everywhere.

Although women are more assertive in Western countries. I doubt whether they really enjoy equal employment opportunities in higher management positions.

That is about all I can say in general but I do not have a specific a answer to your your question," Which county has given full freedom to women?"

Maybe, you can give your comments after selecting the best answer.

The US. As women we have the same rights as any other person in the US. We still deal with racism and sexism but I haven't had any problems with it. I know who I am and what I am worth as a person and people either respect it or just deal with it.
