Well, London to Sydney was done in 20 hours and 9 minutes (non-stop, not loaded).
Half the Earth's circumference is 12450 miles. London to Sydney is 10560 miles. Let's say an average speed of 500 mph; this would therefore take a further 4 hours for nearly 2000 miles. So it's about 24 hours non-stop.
Bear in mind weather plays a huge part in the calculations, routing also, plus the speed the plane flies at (which is NOT top speed, but the optimum speed for fuel consumption).

before everything, if a flight is going precisely 0.5 way international, there at the instant are not basically 2 conceivable routes yet an limitless quantity: element the airplane in any direction and you gets there. In prepare nevertheless, advertisement flights at the instant are not waiting to hold adequate gas to bypass 0.5 way around the international. The longest advertisement flight in operation is Newark to Singapore, basically 3 quarters of a thank you to the different area of the international. So in case you extremely have been going to the different area of the international your path could be desperate by utilising the place you settle directly to provide up off.

There is simple way to calculate this. The time it would take to fly all around the world would be approximately 0 hours. Halfway around the world would be half that, so 0 divided by 2 is 0. So your answer is 0 hours.

So I've actually done that quite a few times on business, traveling to India and Southeast Asia. I'm sure you would want to know the TOTAL travel time, not just the duration of each flight. 80% of the time I arrive 25-30 hours after leaving my U.S. destination. Just to clarify, that India is literally halfway around the world from where I am, so that's as accurate as I can think to give you.

Nobody has mentioned it yet, but the actual flight path is not a straight line from point A to point B. Also, going west is different than traveling east. Somebody may know the answer to these quirks of flying.
