Um, that's normal. Don't try to force it; remember, your voice just woke up, too!

You need to remember that your body is your instrument and that singing is a sport. Give it time to wake up before you start trying to warm up.

that's life lol honestly, its much harder to sing in the morning than it is in the afternoon or evening, simply because your voice hasn't been used for a few hours and so it needs to get warmed up! I've been singing for several years, so I feel your pain lol Honestly, I don't know what to tell ya. I haven't heard of any methods to make the voice wake up faster ^^; sorry!

Thats because you tried to sing when you first woke up. Its not an easy job to sing a good song just after you are born. After all, you must not be so over-confident in yourself. Start singing when you are atleast 2 years old. By the by, how old are you now?

IT is becasue you have been breathing shallowly while sleeping . Also you probably did some mouth breathing or snoring which makes your throat dry.Your vocal cords have tightened up and you need to wake them up so to speak.

You have to warm up first, starting slowly and quiet, then (not suddenly, wait a bit) and increase your volume, and dept.
