I know it sounds shallow but i need help???

Leave him! Teeth are a sign of your health...an indicator, so to speak! Leave him before he takes a bite out of his GF butt!
Simple: Healthy Mouth=Healthy person!

if the lines of communication are open between the both of you, suggest going to the dentist and having the issue looked into. that's minor and fixable, not shallow. shallow would be leaving for a simple flaw, of which we all have. if he doesn't have insurance, he can apply for medicaid and the dental services will be free or he can go to a local dental school and have the work done at a fraction of the cost. if you don't feel comfortable suggesting he go to the dentist to enhance his looks, initiate it by having a cleaning or your teeth whitened to show him the difference it makes when you're presentable.

I would not stay with him with modern care for teeth to be in his position its neglect and if he does this to himself what would he do for you or a family

Tell him to get his teeth fixed or you gone, if he does get them fixed it will benefit him in the long run. He might even realize that he can do with a much better girlfriend then you!!!!!!!!
