i hv very little time..daily i drink one cup tea.only....thx in advance.plz serious answers...

if u wanna drink something more filling, try cereals. those instant packets where you just mix with boiling water. it hlps and its time-saving.

but i do advise u to hv a proper meal for breakfast as it is the most impt meal of e day! tts what i learn in camps... breakfast keeps u energetic thruout e whole day.

well as you know....breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
if you want something quick, maybe grab some fruits and make a bowl of cereal. if you dont eat a complete breakfast, your will be tired through out the day especially if your time is consumed by work. or if you want, you can always stop by a deli and grab a sandwich or bagel and maybe some juice. you should also try taking vitamins before you sleep that way you will be less tired during the day. but as far as i know, try to fit in some fruits, grain and also dairy products for breakfast. hope i could help.....

I do have a busy morning too, and found out a bowl of cereal with plain yogurt - instead of milk - is the best, keeping me up entire morning.
