Absolute STRANGEST thing ever.
My cat seems to hate my laptop, cell phone, remote control, all my books, she gets really angry when I pet other cats, and she follows me everywhere. From one end of the house to the other, right behind me. She'll leave a room I'm in, but come running to me when I go to move.
She was one of 31 dropped off at the Humane Society still feral, and I met her two months after that. I've been a mother to her, but it's really frustrating when she attacks my phone when I put it down.
I wont even get to details about what she's like when the boyfriend comes over...

It's because, as far as she is concerned, she owns you and you are her slave, with no right to your own life. I think it's adorable and I've got 4 of em !

So, she's a cat! Not the absolute strangest thing ever for many of us who have had many cats over the years...quite common actually! I had kittens attack a new notebook computer til it was dead! Have you thought about bringing a second kitty in to help keep her company? Good for you for taking in a former feral! I've got a few myself...they're so cool!
