Oh, thanks, but I need to know how many grams of chocolate there are in the 4 squares, we don't have bakers chocolate in France

4 wrapped squares of bakers chocolate is 4 oz, which is one box. 4 oz is 113grams.
Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate now comes packaged in one large bar with 16 individual scored squares. Now the cook must make sure they are calculating the amounts correct. Before one wrapped package was one ounce. Now you need 4 scored squares to equal 1 oz. 1 oz equals 28.25 grams. Hope this helps.
