to be honest at the beginning it was hard work, i was very young, and very silly. he cheated on me after 2 weeks i begged him back (pathetic i kno) i don't now why i was attracted to him think it was because he was a bad boy, we have been together 8 years and boy do we have our ups and downs but if he cheated on me now i would be away like a shot.

He was my boss, he actually interviewed me when I started work at his company. It was plain sailing really, a few people caused problems through jealousy or because they had nothing else to think about, but it didn't bother us too much

I was at work at the blood bank and this cute, young guy came in to donate blood, I processed him and sent him to be hooked to the machine, he wouldn't stop staring at me though. So I happened to walk passed him on my way to lunch and he said" how did you get to be so gorgeous?" I just smirked at him and went on, when I came back from lunch he was waiting for me and asked me for a date, I accepted. 4 hours later we met for dinner, I took him home with me and we've been together ever since, 17 years now. Smooth sailing.

We met on yahoo personals, for security reasons the first communication was by e-mails, then texts, then phone, then we met. Because on personals (now match.com) you can be quite choosy picking who you want, most of the usual awkward stuff was out of the way, (hope he doesn't smoke, hope he likes animals, hope he doesn't want more kids etc). Its been pretty plain sailing really.

i've been seperated now for five months, and been seeing someone for two months.we met on a dating site for parents.first time we met wasn't ideal,as i couldn't get anyone to look after the kids,so it wasn't exactly a date.but i ended up staying the night and i've been seeing her at least twice a week since, due to the distance.we're getting on really well, but i wouldn't say marriage is on the cards.

my current relationship started when i met my boyfriend in an internet chatroom..... people said 'It won't last' and loads of other negative things, but almost 2 years later, we are still together and stronger than ever...... i'm not going to pretend that it was easy, i'd never imagined having a long distance relationship with someone that i'd met online, but it's totally worth it, and i don't regret it for a minute.

Very easy actually. We have enough in common that we are comfortable with each other, but different enough that we do not get bored...
We started off as neighbors and it developed over several years...
