Be late, deliberately of course. Hide in a friend's house or anywhere. When she shouts at you, tell her that while returning home, suddenly you started feeling very very sick. You had no one with you and you did not had enough energy to reach a phone booth. So, you wandered off in a nearby park and slept it off on a bench. When you woke up, it was late. Next time, you will try to press the speed dial button for her number and then look shocked as if you suddenly remembered that you forgot that she had your cell. Say nothing. Skip the dinner and go to bed early. Skip school, talking to friends or doing anything for two days. Do not watch TV even. She will surely give your cell back.

Being your mother she is worried that you may go in wrong track, in fact she want to protect u from any hurdles. May be have have given a hint that u have any boy friend , or u have created a scene , where u think that no one has seen, ur mother might have been observing. U can escape from any where but not from the love and affection of ur mother. If u have problem kindly express to ur mother so that she only can try to solve it

If you are spending a lot of time talking on your cell phone instead of studying, which I suppose is normal for your age, I must say that your mother is correct. Don't try to get it back. She'll return it to you when she thinks its all right.

hey...she is ur mother and she wants u to be perfect and not misuse ur cell phone. Try convence her and tell her that u are her child and u would not take any kind of action or falling in love without telling her.
