A guy friend and I slept together. His intimacy was freaking me out so while he was inside me, I lied and told him, "Please don't get attached. I have a boyfriend." After sex, we were cuddling, I admitted the lie. He told me that he can't be on an emotional rollercoaster with me.

Our relationship has been one ever since. We haven't been completely honest about our true feelings and pretend we're okay with the FWB relationship. There was one incident when I saw him walking on campus with another girl at 7 a.m. When he sees me, he literally runs away from me. I acted like I didn't see anything. We talked about it but I was more pissed off than I thought. We ended having to take a break for a few weeks.

We recently reconnected and had sex again. He tells me he's dating someone but wants to break it off because he says she's immature. Then he says we should stop having sex. I told him that he's trying to play me because he changed the nature of our relationship.

I said to him, "If we don't have sex then what am I getting out of this? Why should I remain friends with you?" He says, "You should be happy that I don't look at you as a sex object but you're not. And it's clear that you see me as just a sex object. So you're telling me that it's just sex? Then forget it! We don't have to be friends if that's all that I meant to you."

Why is he acting like that?

You should ask yourself what do you want from this guy; do you really want a serious relationship?
The guy is honest and decent and it seems he likes you and wants a serious relationship and with some kind of commitment.
He could abuse you if he wanted, since you like make sex with him. But he prefers a mature relationship; Are you enough mature for that???

The guy is obviously immature. to actually run away from you in public? this guy doesn't know what he wants, so the only thing you can expect is more of the same in the future. so, if you don't like the current circumstances then I would get out! If you like the FWB role then stay the course. (which is not always a bad thing, especially when you get horny, that once a week thing when you are pulling your hair out and need a release, it feels oh so good. :-) )

to me it sounds like the guy wanted a real deep relationship that you i am guessing were not really wanting. i think then best thing to do in this situation is to just walk away or just be honest about exactly how you feel

You are both playing mind games! I think you sit down and talk it out. It sounds like you both have feelings for one another but you both don't want to commit. If you think he is special then take a chance, what can you loose?

Umm my superb pals confident, yet even in spite of the undeniable fact that i admire the females I draw close out with, I wouldn't completely have faith them. It sounds terrible yet i understand for a fact that they on occasion gossip approximately one yet another. the two way is say I even have some pals who're the two honest climate pals and a few who're like sisters to me.

he is actually right, friends are not sex toys, friends people have emotions, it seems to me that you are really just in it for the sex, you both hurt one another by doing that, what he said was right , move on let him be , let him be loved and cherished by people who really care and are not in it just for sex

*you are not really a friend, more like a user
