I've been told that God's number is 6 and it says it over200 times in the Bible and we are in the year 2006 is their any conection with why God gave Satin the number 666

i'm sorry to tell you that whoever told you that the #6 is God's number is incorrect. 6 at times referred to man. There are places in the Bible where 7 may refer to God (as it is the # of perfection). But i want to remind you that God wrote the Bible with th intention of having it being understood and not having all this numerological code to read through. But things like the usage of numbers etc. was common for some genres of literature in Biblical times.
666 is the number of the Anti-Christ. The Bible never really explains why this is his # but when the Anti-Christ appears i'm sure that piece of information will be valuable for those who are around during that time.
The Bible teaches us that no one knows the hour or the day of the Lord's return so to speculate and make "number" connections is both presumptuous and unlikely...

God's number is 7, Jesus is 8, and Holy Spirit 9. The number of man is 6, but the number of the Antichrist is 666. The reason the Bible speaks of this Antichrist number is that we need wisdom to fathom what it means. Some try to interpret by numerology, and others say it is the barcode as each heavy divider double bar on a barcode is 6 and in each code there are three of these bars. The late Pastor Barry Smith spoke about this at length in one of his books, "Final Notice". The main thing the Bible warns is that this is the mark of the beast, and is to be marked on the forehead or back of right hand. God's number is 6? you've been told wrong... if any number is "God's" it is the number 7. And God did not give Satan the number 666....666 is the mark of the beast, not Satan.... a simple bible study would help you....

The numbers 12 and 3 are also very significant in the Bible.
I don't see much connection with 2006. For one thing, it is probably not an accurate dating from the birth of Christ.
