I assume the 2 questions are related and deal with contradictions.
First question: answer is NO. A man is limited to physical laws, i.e contact someone and not being direct are contradictions and therefore cannot be true at the same time.
Second question: the answer is that your question is a contradiction and you cannot ask it. Why because by definition GOD is a power that can do anything and not limited to physical laws.
So your question is: Can some power who can do anything can create something he can't lift it??
You see your question is not logical, and therefore cannot have any answer; any answer will lead to a change of your definition of GOD.
If you are atheist, you cannot ask this question, since GOD does not exist for you.

God can do anything that is within his nature to do, since not all things are within his nature there are some things he can't do. Since God defines truth he can't lie, since God is logical he can't create a square circle without changing the definition of one or the other, and since God is omnipotent he can't create something that he can't lift because he can lift everything.

O that's a funny question

Do u think Allah is work less like u? Allah never do anything without any cause. Allah make the world for only human and human needs.
So why Allah make something that he can't lift. That's very pragmatist question

Nothing is impossible for God. (I know that's such a cliche).

And what's your point? Please be more direct.
