I found this:

I appreciate you taking time to talk with me about the project.

The possessive case of "you" is not used with the gerund "taking," so the writer ends up making the illogical statement (at least in this context) "I appreciate you." The point is not that the writer of the sentence appreciates *you* per se; instead, he or she appreciates the fact that you took time to talk with him or her:

I appreciate *your* taking time to talk with me about the project.

The correct form is "you". "You" replaces the interviewer:

"I very much appreciate you, Mr. Jackass, taking time to talk with me."

But it's an awkward sentence.

Much better is "I very much appreciate that you took the time to talk with me."

I greatly appreciate you taking the time to talk with me.

to me I very much appreciate just does not sound right.

or just say

I appreciate you taking the time to talk with me.

They are both grammatically correct, although 'your' is more colloquial.

I'm very stupid, I dun talk a lot, but sometimes I feel it's not too bad to talk a lot, but even then I dun feel like talking a lot, it's a hard decision to make, to talk or not to talk, choose to talk about serious issues or small talks, talk with people whom I'm close with or talk to strangers, sometimes I even talk to myself, now I'm talking to you, looks like I should stop talking now.
