You could try typing 'religious etiquette' into a search engine. Or 'religious observations.' Travel guide books could be a good source too: the example you gave might, perhaps, be elaborated on in a guide book to Thailand. Lots of these guides are available online.

That is the weakest attempt to make fun of muslims so far. Only extremists think you're supposed to do this with that hand and that with the other. If you are born left handed, then what, are you heading for hell?? Give me a break. God makes you the way you are. About personal hygiene, muslims are supposed to shower at least once a day, and if they made love then again, another shower. Perfumes are not forbidden, only extremists forbid them. Neither is music or TV.
You really need to do your research before trying to poke fun at something you obviously know nothing about.
