How should I bleach body hair?

I naturally have light blonde body hair which you can't really see, but I made the mistake of shaving my arms for about two years. I'm letting them grow back and they're darker, as expected. Would using regular hair bleach be safe, or should I use other methods? And if so, how?

you could wax, use a hair removal creme (like Nair) or get a laser treatment done; which is rather costly. I bleach and I have yet to see any consequences if that's what you're worried about

I think it would be noticeable if you bleached your arm hair. Shaving isn't all that much of a hassle; just go for that and you'll be worry-free =]
