I am sure they would have one. Every decent hotel will have tour desk. But if not - tour companies are easy to find and the hotel front desk will be able to help you find one.
Tuk-tuks? They are everywhere, but if you really want to take a tuk-tuk, walk away from the ones that hang around the front of the hotel and hail one that are passing by on the road. The ones at the hotels usually are touts and they will say things like..."you want to go to......{place name}? No, it is closed today. I will take you to another place, better and I will also show you a good place to shop" then they will con you into going to places that you don't want to go and then pressure you into buying things you don't want to buy (they get commission for this). DON'T FALL FOR SCAMS!!! Too many tourists fell for this to their regrets.
Ask the people at the hotel the approximate cost of tuk-tuk from the hotel to where you want to go. That way, you wil know what price to negotiate otherwise it will cost you a lot of money than necessary.
Tuk-tuks are fun when you have not experienced it - but after the novelty wears of, take a metered taxi. You don't have to negotiate a price and they are all air-cond. You will also find that it is cheaper than tuk-tuks.

Yes it has a tour desk, I have a friend who is there.
Only take the tuktuk for fun. It is often as cheap and much more pleasant to take an air conditioned taxi. Most fares will be under 120 Baht £2 or 3$ with Bangkok-

I'm sure Eastin Hotel have a tour desk. Even if they don't have one, all tour arrangements can be made at the Front Desk. Tuk-tuk are easy to get - parked around the hotel or from the streets.

I saw this earlier as well, I think it's great that an official statement has been made and those stupid rumours like "Tom hit an innocent fan who just asked for an autograph" can be put to rest. Good to know that those girls are getting charged, but its pretty unfair the guys had to change where they lived a few times because of them. I hope they get many years in prison too :) When I first heard of the incident, I knew there would be a good reason, and I'd probably have done the same

Just inside in the main lobby, big sign, you cant miss it.....
suggest you walk around outside to get a tour company, they are excellent and a lot cheaper. In bangkok there are thousands of them with in 10mins of your hotel in every direction...only that will block your view is al the Tuk tuks.....

tuktuk is available anywhere in or around BANKOK...
*tip*
tuktuk is different from a taxi in BANGKOK because when paying for a tuktuk ride...you do not have to pay by a meter like on a taxi
